The prices published on our site for a country belonging to the European Union are inclusive of the VAT rate.
The prices published on our site for a country NOT belonging to the European Union are NOT inclusive of VAT.
CUSTOMS TAXES AND CHARGES
Deliveries to a non-EU country may be subject to customs duties and taxes; these taxes do not depend on OcchialiExpress.it but on the customs of the country of destination.
Any tax and any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
OcchialiExpress.it cannot know in advance any taxes and customs duties as they vary from country to country. For more information, we advise you to contact the local customs authority or the Fedex, UPS or DHL customer service in your country.
These fees charged to the recipient are collected by the courier upon delivery of the package or requested subsequently.

Buying by credit card on www.OcchialiExpress.it is safe: OcchialiExpress.it relies on PayPal, the eBay group's system for making online payments, which puts security first in managing transactions, reassuring customers about data processing released on the internet.
Credit card data is only entered on PayPal's secure server which uses the SSL3 security protocol with 128-bit encryption (currently the highest security standard with server-side certification) and immediately transmitted to the international authorization circuits.
Sensitive credit card data is therefore never collected or stored on the OcchialiExpress.it server as a total guarantee of the purchaser's security.

PACKING AND DELIVERY
The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using suitable packaging which protects the goods from possible shocks and ensures good thermal insulation.
In case of breakage or tampering with the package , please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately .
It is possible to send your purchases to an address other than your residence, simply indicate it in your order by filling in the appropriate section.
All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who, by internal regulation, cannot leave parcels unattended at the entrance to your home. We therefore advise you to indicate an address where the courier can find someone who can sign and collect the package.
It is possible to know the status of the shipment directly on the official websites of the couriers by entering the waybill number (tracking number), received in the e-mail confirming shipment. Shipments can be monitored 24/48 hours after receiving the email.
Shipping is free on all items.
OcchialiExpress.it ensures the quality and authenticity of the products sold.
All glasses are accompanied by the certificate of safety and quality required by European legislation (DL n°46 of 24/02/1997-DM n°180 of 04/05/1998), and where required by the certificate of authenticity and originality of the product released by the manufacturer.
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In the event of proven malfunctioning of the item, the warranty may provide for the replacement or repair of the same.
Damages caused by bad or improper use are not guaranteed.
It should be noted that OcchialiExpress.it is not responsible for direct or indirect damages to persons or things resulting from the malfunctioning of the products.

For any problems and complaints relating to the products or the service, send us an e-mail by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the CONTACTS section and fill out the form, we will reply within 24/48 hours starting from the next working day to your request.
Our customer service is active from Monday to Friday from h. 8.30 to h. 19.00 and on Saturdays from h. 9.00 to h. 12.00 (Central European Time) except on national holidays, the closure of the offices will be notified in advance.
Refund or Replacement
It is possible to return or replace the purchased items.
It is possible to obtain a refund for the value of the glasses within 14 days of receipt of the goods according to Legislative Decree 206/2005
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
You may exchange the item for a new one, if the items differ in price we will refund or charge the difference.
Items must not have been used.
Shipping costs if the return occurs due to an afterthought on the purchase by the buyer are charged to the same. In addition, the sum of the shipment made by us at the time of delivery of the product will also be deducted. If, on the other hand, the purchase was made with cash on delivery, the customer will have to take care of the expense and the return shipment at his own expense, while he will be refunded the entire amount paid for the purchase as this method of payment includes a supplement of € 6.00 for courier costs.
