Refund or Replacement

It is possible to return or replace the purchased items.

The return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date, the shipping costs are charged to the customer.

It is possible to obtain a refund for the value of the glasses within 14 days of receiving the goods according to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Upon payment of the refund, the sum of € 22.00 relating to the expense used for shipping and packaging will be withheld.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the user is informed that in the event of a dispute, he may file a complaint via the European Union ODR platform which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ (the will be operational from 15 February 2016).
